When the.RAM.PLC launched in Addis Ababa in 2015, its founders identified something that most businesses across the continent quietly struggled with: a lack of reliable, verifiable data. Without trusted information, growth stalls, partnerships fail, and risk goes unmanaged. We were founded to change that.
We started with Primary Source Verification and Background Screening — going directly to issuing authorities, universities, government registries, and employers to verify credentials at the source. No shortcuts. No assumptions. Just verified truth.
Over six years, we grew from a focused verification firm into a full-spectrum consultancy — adding data analytics, risk assessment, immigration compliance, mystery shopping, and AI-driven digital solutions. Today, we serve clients across three continents from our strategic base in East Africa.
